Employers with difficulties paying social employer contributions due to the coronavirus can ask the National Social Security Office (NSSO) for lenient payment terms for the first and second quarter of 2020.
Employers with staff who are experiencing difficulties paying their social employer contributions due to the coronavirus.
Employers can request lenient payment terms for social security contributions owed for employing staff, for the first and second quarter of 2020.
Your payment plan allows you to settle your debt with monthly payments, which will help you avoid forceful recovery and its consequences (legal fees). If the plan is followed, you will be able to continue your economic activities.
Difficulties caused by the coronavirus are sufficient grounds for a payment plan.
To be granted a payment plan, you must fill out this online application (NL-FR-DE) and send it to the NSSO. The application has to specify how exactly your company was affected by the coronavirus.
As of yet, the application is only available in Dutch, French and German. Call your social security office for assistance in filling it out, if necessary.
You can get more information at your social security office or the ‘Service Amicable Recovery NSSO’. The service is available each working day between 9 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. or after making an appointment via the phone number provided below.
